COVID-19 Guidance & Resources
Responding to COVID-19
We are here to support you - the small business owner - during this time.
We're offering meetings every day to talk current business owners. We can help you think through risk, diversifying offerings, apply for disaster relief funds, and more. You can schedule a virtual meeting with a business consultant at a time that works best for you. As always, the cost for our consulting is covered by our funding partners.
SBA Programs & Loan Resources
The U.S. Small Business Administration provides low-interest disaster recovery loans to small businesses. SBA disaster loans can be used to pay fixed debts, payroll, accounts payable and other bills that can't be paid because of the disaster's impact. These loans are available to Missouri business owners.
The SBA also offers a Paycheck Protection program, loan relief, and bridge loans. Learn more about all programs available through the U.S. Small Business Administration with our SBA Economic Injury guide.

Labor & Workforce
Avoid Layoffs with Missouri's Shared Work Program: The Shared Work Unemployment Compensation Program is an alternative to layoffs for employers faced with a reduction in available work. It allows an employer to divide available work among a group of affected employees instead of a layoff. These employees receive a portion of their unemployment benefits while working reduced hours.
Understand Unemployment, Discrimination, and Workers' Compensation: The Missouri Department of Labor has compiled information related to unemployment, discrimination, and workers' compensation related to COVID-19.
